Return Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivered date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not fulfill all the requirements listed above.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at sales@medllin.com with your order number and reason for return. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be fulfilled only after we receive the returned item, making sure that its in its original condition. A new order can be placed after the refund.
